Services

We walk with families, not ahead of them.

Every family’s journey is unique. That is why our services are designed to be relational, bilingual, and built around the real-life needs of low-income households.

    Community Intake & Listening

We start by listening. Families meet with a bilingual care coordinator to share their story and assess their most urgent needs—legal, housing, food, or emotional wellness.

    Personalized Service Plan

Based on their needs, each family receives a customized support plan. This includes direct services from FDC as well as warm referrals to trusted community partners.

    Wraparound Support

We connect families to a range of bilingual, culturally responsive services—from legal aid to counseling, food distribution, parenting support, and more.

    Long-Term Relationship

We don’t disappear after a one-time visit. Our model is relational and ongoing. We build trust over time, walking with families for as long as they need.
